The hero of the brand: a rigid matte black gift box with a magnetic lid and a black velvet insert. Build it your way: pick the colour of every piece, see each one as you add it, and add your own message engraved in gold on the right side of the box.

What's inside:

  • Polar Beast Fleece Set: oversized hoodie + wide-leg pants, in your choice of colour
  • Your choice of tee: Polar Beast Polo or The Standard Tee, in your choice of colour
  • Polar Beast Training Set: oversized tee + 7-inch shorts, in your choice of colour
  • Your choice of cap: Signature, Classic or Casual, in any colour
  • Alma perfume: KODIAK, CRIMSON MOON or DARK ROAST

Personal engraving: optional. Up to 2 lines, 25 characters each, engraved on the right side of the box.

Sizing: one size for all clothing in the box. The Standard Tee goes up to 3XL; choose the Polo for 4XL and 5XL.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the GCC only.

1. Delivery times

  • Kuwait: within 1 week
  • Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman: within 2 weeks

Times start once your order is confirmed. Public holidays and customs procedures can add time.

2. Delivery fees

  • Kuwait: 2 KWD
  • Other GCC countries: 5 KWD
  • Free delivery on orders of 35 KWD or more.

3. Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

4. Shipping address

Check your address before you pay. We're not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

5. Lost parcels

If the carrier confirms your parcel is lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full.

Returns & Exchanges

Simple rules. Clear terms.

1. Size exchange

Wrong size? Exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

  • Unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
  • One exchange per item, subject to stock.
  • Exchange delivery fee: 2 KWD inside Kuwait, 5 KWD across the GCC.
  • If your size is out of stock, we refund the item price to your original payment method.

Contact us with your order number and we'll arrange the exchange.

2. Not eligible for exchange or return

  • Change of mind.
  • Caps (one size).
  • Perfume once opened.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or have had their tags removed.
  • The engraved box itself. It's made for you, so it can't be returned or cancelled once engraving starts. The clothing inside can still be exchanged for size under section 1.

3. Damaged, defective or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We replace it or refund you in full. No cost to you.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order until it ships. Once shipped, it can't be cancelled.
