1. Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
We strongly recommend reviewing all order details, sizing information, and shipping information carefully before completing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A full or partial refund, depending on the situation
No additional charges will apply for approved claims.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Incorrect item received
- Order confirmed as lost during shipment by the shipping carrier
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or compensation will not be provided for:
- Shipping delays caused by courier companies
- Customs clearance delays or import restrictions
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Minor variations in color or appearance caused by screen/display settings
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed.
After this period, order processing begins and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
