1. How long does delivery take?
- Kuwait: within 1 week
- Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman: within 2 weeks
2. How much is delivery?
2 KWD inside Kuwait. 5 KWD across the GCC. Free on orders of 35 KWD or more.
3. Where do you ship?
GCC only: Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.
4. How do I track my order?
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use the Track Order page.
5. Can I exchange my size?
Yes. Within 7 days of delivery, unworn, with tags and original packaging. Exchange delivery fee: 2 KWD in Kuwait, 5 KWD across the GCC. Caps and opened perfume are not eligible. Full details in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
6. Do you accept returns?
Not for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We replace it or refund you in full.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships.
8. How do I choose my size?
Size details are on each product page. Not sure? Message us before you order.
9. Does 5% really go to those in need?
Yes. 5% of every purchase. You choose where it goes:
- Kuwait charities
- Palestine
- Syria
- Yemen
- Sudan
- Direct Aid
Write your choice in the Order Note at checkout. If you leave it empty, your 5% goes to Direct Aid.
