1. How long does shipping take?
All orders are made-to-order.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping time: 5–12 business days (international)
- Kuwait orders: 2–5 business days

3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind, as all items are made-to-order.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you at no cost.
4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the issue

After that, the order goes into production and cannot be modified.

Yes, we ship worldwide.
However, we do not ship to regions affected by war, conflict, or major shipping disruptions.

We recommend checking it carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
9. Where are your products made?
We work with trusted production partners to ensure high-quality standards for every item.
10. Do you really donate part of the profits?
Yes.
We donate 10% of our profits to those in need. After placing your order, you may have the option to choose where your contribution goes.
